- Cancellation of an order prior to payment
The user reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage prior to the completion of payment. Prior to the completion of the payment process, the option to return items is unrestricted.
- Post-payment return restrictions
Once payment for an order has been rendered, the return of the goods is rendered impossible. License keys, being unique to a specific product or service, are non-reusable once activated. Consequently, the return of such goods after payment is not feasible.
- Refund Policy in Cases of Unfulfilled Obligations
In the event that the Platform Administration is unable to fulfill its obligations to provide the paid goods, the User is entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The refund is processed using the same financial instrument as the initial payment. In special cases, a different method of refund may be offered, which will be communicated to the user on the Platform or through the administration.
- The return of goods is subject to a separate agreement.
In the event that the Administration of the Platform and the User reach an agreement on the return of goods, only the amount paid for the goods is subject to return. However, it is important to note that the aforementioned amount may be subject to deductions, including costs associated with commissions incurred by third parties. These third parties may include entities such as payment systems, agents, banks, and other intermediaries involved in the transfer and return of funds.
- Refunds by third parties.
The User acknowledges that the return of funds may be executed by third parties operating on behalf of the Platform Administration. The User acknowledges the Platform Administration’s prerogative to mandate the acceptance of such returns by third parties if deemed essential.
- Refund in case keys are not activated
In the event that the key has not been activated, the refund will be issued within 14 (fourteen) days of the initial purchase.
